Standard Features





Models



-AEFMA-8000MEF Two (2) station machine. One station for placing molded end fiber on each end of the armature and the other station for checking the presence of the molded end fiber.

-AEFMA-8200MEF Three (3) station machine for cycle times less than 6 seconds. Molded end fiber placing on one end of armature, molded end fiber placing on the other end, and molded end fiber presence check.

-AEFCMA-8200 Five (5) station end fiber and collar placing machine. Two (2) stations for end fiber placing, two (2) stations for collar placing and one (1) station for end fiber and collar presence check. ​



Tooling



-Vibratory feed bowls to accommodate molded end fibers, end fibers or collars.

Options



-End fiber hopper to provide larger queue for vibratory bowl.

Pneumatic requirements



A one half inch, 100 PSI (6.8 atm) capacity air line should supply the machine. A pressure regulator will reduce the pressure to 80 PSI (5.4 atm) for machine operation.
